1. Keyword Research

We are consistently researching keywords, and knowing the exact keywords we want to rank for.

Our keyword strategy is implemented with the support of SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, DIIB, SEM Rush & Moz. Plus our SEO apps on our website.

We have not stopped until we are on the first page for our priority keywords (yes our goal has been achieved).

2. SEO Tools

As we revealed in the previous slide we use SEO tools to help us better understand how our keyword ranking is changing, what we can be doing better & if any of our design changes have affected our SEO.

Yes there are FREE SEO Tools our there such as DIIB and Google search console and they are very user friendly.

This is how we implement SEO on our website and how you will know if your keyword implementation has been successful.

3. SEO Focused Website

Our website is and always has been built for SEO.

In a nutshell, our pages all include SEO friendly copywriting, H1-H6 tags, image tags and 100% readability all aligned with out keyword strategy and implemented using a reputable SEO app on our website.

Every month we see our keyword rankings increase and more keywords being ranked.

We see these pages that are being ranked increase on our Google Analytics account.

4. Domain Authority

If you are yet to hear about domain authority then this could be the reason why you can’t get to that first page on Google. Our DA is climbing (slowly but surely).

Domain authority is a number given to your domain that shows how reputable it is. This is created through backlinking.

Backlinking is when a website links your website within their content (like a guest blog). When that website has a high DA it will help to increase your DA. BUT only if the backlinks are deemed as ‘good’.

‘Bad’ backlinks will decrease your DA.

5. Analyse Your Data

SEO is not something that can be done and then forgotten about. You need to work on it consistently to get results.

Use Google Analytics and your website analysis Apps to consistently look at your data each month and see where your traffic is coming from.

If you find that organic traffic is low look into your keywords again and see what your SEO tools are recommending.

The trick is to try and stay one set ahead of your competitors at all times.

6. Blog Posting

Blog posting (like this one) is great to increase your search ranking through providing information based on your keywords and then building internal and external links within your blog post.

We like to aim for 1-2 blog per week. Or at least 2 blogs a month if you are looking for blogs to help you with your SEO. You will need to ensure your blog posts are at least 300 words and link accordingly for them to be indexed on Google.

Create blogs that are aligned with your keywords and that you know your audience will get value out of.
